We require a RSP and ITSO compliant Ticket Office Ticket Issuing System (“Solution”) to service our customers. The solution shall be capable of issuing tickets on magnetic strip, thermal roll paper as well as to ITSO smartcards. We will require an integrated solution consisting of hardware, software and maintenance and support and Training. It will be capable of hosting additional applications to help us in various other business functions. The device shall have after sales support capability for all ticket medium mentioned. The solution shall be capable of being operational in the UK rail environment. GWR requires a minimum of 150 units for deployment by March 2020. GWR requires the supplier to provide an integrated solution including hardware, software and ongoing maintenance and support. The supplier shall also provide training to ensure GWR can implement the solution in the required timeframes.
