This notice is to indicate that Ayrshire College intends to contract with Advance Business Solutions Ltd for the provision of support and maintenance services for Open Accounts Finance System and all implemented modules for 3 years. This is a voluntary ex ante transparency (VEAT) notice. This notice is to indicate that Ayrshire College intends to contract with Advance Business Solutions Ltd for the the provision of support and maintenance services for Open Accounts Finance System including the installation of the e-Biz module. This service has a total cost of 82,902 GBP for 3 years. The contract start date is 1.4.2019. Ayrshire College holds a perpetual licence to access and use Open Accounts and associated software with Advance Business Solutions Ltd. Advanced Business Solutions Ltd owns and has exclusive rights in respect of all intellectual property rights in the College’s current finance system and Advanced Business Solutions Ltd is, therefore, the only provider able to meet the College’s need for continued support and maintenance of the finance system, Open Accounts.
