Tender description
The contract will procure a contractor to oversee the coordination of the service user and carer voice in mental health in Wales. The contractor will support a programme to enhance the way the Welsh Government listens to, and works with, service users and carers; and provide guidance to organisations in Wales around best practice, with a view to supporting more consistency in approach. As part of the contract, the contractor will be required to support the development of national guidance; to support the national mental health service user and carer forum; to coordinate the voice of service users in Wales and to promote diversity and equality in mental health policy.
