Tender description
Clarion Housing wishes to appoint x2 contractors for the provision of: operational inspections, inclusive of remedial works, repair works and major works and Annual inspections for a duration of for 2 years + 1 year optional extensions. Operational Inspections will be undertaken quarterly in accordance with recommendations in BS EN 1176 and recorded where appropriate on Clarion Housing Group asset management data base. Annual inspections/risk assessments will be undertaken in accordance with recommendations in BS EN 1176 and recorded where appropriate on Clarion Housing Group asset management data base.
