Tender description

Liverpool City Council (LCC) is looking to establish a flexible purchasing framework for Liverpool Schools Outreach services under the light touch regime using the principles of a dynamic purchasing system. Under this we are looking to appoint service providers to provide Liverpool schools with Outreach Services for Special Educational and Disability Needs (SEND). This is available all Liverpool Schools that fall under the Liverpool City Region combined authority and who are Listed on the Education database; a full list of which can be found here: https://get-information-schools.service.gov.uk This flexible purchasing system will services under the following categories: 1) Cognition and learning; 2) Social, emotional and mental health difficulties; 3) Communication and interaction; 4) Sensory and/or physical needs. The provision of assessments and planning for young children with communication and interaction difficulties. The Provision of Direct/Individual group support and therapy for Young people with Communication and Interaction Difficulties. The Provision of Whole School Development and Training for Young people with Communication and Interaction Difficulties. The Provision of Family development and additional activities for Young people with Communication and Interaction Difficulties. The Provision of Assessments and Planning for Young Children with Cognition and Learning Difficulties. The Provision of Direct/Individual group support and therapy for Young people with Cognition and Learning Difficulties. The Provision of Whole School Development and Training for Young people with Cognition and Learning Difficulties. The Provision of Family development and additional activities for Young people with Cognition and Learning Difficulties. The Provision of Assessments and Planning for Young Children with Social, Emotional & Mental Health Difficulties.
