Tender description

Provision of legal support and advice to the Isle of Anglesey County Council (IACC) on major projects. Provision of legal services in relation to major projects (currently the Wylfa Newydd nuclear new build and North Wales connection project) and other potential energy projects. Ensure that the IACC has suitable advice to support project teams and officers throughout the process of reviewing and negotiating mitigation measures, requirements, conditions, planning obligations and non-statutory arrangements relating to both development consent order applications and any preliminary and town and country applications made to the IACC.
