Tender description

The University wish to purchase a mechanical serial sectioning with etching for optical and/or SEM image analysis system. For the purposes of this tender the machines identified and required are being treated as 3 separate lots. Automated mechanical serial sectioning with etching for optical and/or SEM image analysis system. Field emission gun scanning electron microscope including EBSD detector for interfacing with Lot 1. Optical microscope for interfacing with Lot 1.
