Tender description

North Ayrshire Council requires contracts for the Provision of Corporate Insurance and associated claims handing services, including public liability, employee liability, property, motor vehicle cover, travel insurance and others. The companies providing the Council with the insurance cover will also handle all claims relating to the respective policies. This will be a long term agreement (5 years) with the option to extend up to a further 3 years. It will be a requirement of the contract that bidders must be Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) Regulated. It will be requirement of the contract that bidders must have Chartered Insurance Institute Membership (or equivalent experience) This contract will be required to commence 1.4.2019. North Ayrshire Council requires a contract for the property owners liability (industrial/commercial leased properties). The companies providing the Council with the insurance cover will also handle all claims relating to the respective policies.
