Doncaster and Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (the Trust) are an acute hospital provider with hospitals in Doncaster (Doncaster Royal Infirmary - DRI), Worksop (Bassetlaw district General Hospital - BDGH) and Mexborough (Mexborough and Montague Hospital - MMH). Doncaster and Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals NHSFT (DBTH) is looking at options to deliver the following outcomes: - Improve patient and public experience of navigation around the hospital site - Improve and mitigate delays in patient attending their hospital appointment - Mitigate non-attendance due to late arrival The overall objective of the Trust is to secure the provision of a modern, efficient and effective way for patients and public that, attend hospital to easily locate and find where they need to be.
