Tender description

Cost consultant to work on an Affordable Housing development on the former Highview School, Moat Farm Road, Folkestone. The proposal is to demolish the existing school buildings and develop the site for affordable housing as part of the HRA programme. The proposal developed to form part of the planning application is for 33 affordable units to form part of the councils housing stock. The proposal will include different typologies of building; bungalows, Houses and flats and will include some wheelchair compliant dwellings. The development will include the associated infrastructure; roads pavements and services.
