Tender description

Provision of extended access services (7-day access) as part of the overall Improving Access to General Practice agenda. During the first half of the contractual year 2019-20, NHS South Cheshire CCG and NHS Vale Royal CCG will work collaboratively with the SC & VR GP Alliance Ltd to ensure local delivery of the 7 core requirements for improving access, whilst at the same time, supporting providers to work together to effectively connect extended access services to other system services, including Primary care streaming and GP Out of hours services, in order to realise opportunities for increased productivity and efficiencies and embed a successful primary care delivery model at the heart of the community services contract.
