Tender description
In accordance with Regulation 55 (1) Public Contracts Regulations 2015 the Care Quality Commission has taken the decision to abandon the competitive procurement process commenced by the OJEU Notice despatched on 20.6.2018 under Reference 2018/S 117-266173 for the above contract. For the avoidance of any doubt, the care quality commission are formally ending this OJEU competition without an award of a contract. In accordance with Regulation 55 (1) Public Contracts Regulations 2015 the Care Quality Commission has taken the decision to abandon the competitive procurement process commenced by the OJEU Notice despatched on 20.6.2018 under Reference 2018/S 117-266173 for the above Contract.
