e-ITT for the Provision of a Housing Asset Management System (AMS)

Tender description

The Council’s Fareham Housing Department are due to undertake a stock condition survey of 20% of its property portfolio. There is a requirement for this data to be used in an asset management system so the Council can deliver programmes of work and review regeneration opportunities, effectively and appropriately. The system must help the decision making process by providing statistical evidence using collected asset information. The survey is scheduled to be undertaken during October and November with data available by December. It is anticipated that the consultancy contracted to undertake the survey and reporting will be using Keystone to capture the data; therefore information shall be exported via this software.
