Tender description
Wellingborough Homes invites expressions of interest from Contractors for the New Build construction of 40 dwellings on Penrith Drive, Wellingborough. Expressions of interest should be notified via email to Steven Carstairs of John Lester Partnership Ltd on behalf of Wellingborough Homes at admin@jlpqs.co.uk by no than 11.9.2018 releasing the Selection Questionnaire immediately after. Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experience contractors to tender for a Design and Build Contract. Inclusion upon the list cannot guarantee that a tender will be invited. The Contract will be awarded to the Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT). MEAT for this Contract is quality 50 % and cost 50 %, further details to be provided in the Selection Questionnaire and Invitation to Tender.
