Tender description
Dukinfield Crematorium was opened in 1953 and carries out approximately 2 000 cremation annually. It is administered by Tameside Metropolitan Borough Council and is located close to the centre of Dukinfield. It currently operates 3 Furnace Construction Joule cremators, which are approximately 20 years old. Dukinfield Crematorium are looking to replace Cremators and mercury abatement, filtration plant and heat recovery facilities. This will also include a maintenance contract.
