West Dunbartonshire Council and West Dunbartonshire Council on behalf of West Dunbartonshire Leisure Trust is seeking to secure the services of an external contractor to carry out effective diligence services and debt recovery in the pursuit of:Council Tax (including water and sewerage charges); Non Domestic Rates (NDR); Sundry Debt Invoices for West Dunbartonshire Council; Sundry Debt invoices for West Dunbartonshire Leisure Trust; Rent Arrears; Housing Benefit Overpayments. It is a requirement of the Contract that the Sheriff Officers and Messengers-at-Arms hold a commission to operate in the Dumbarton Court district of the Sheriffdom of North Strathclyde. This must be maintained for the duration of the Contract. West Dunbartonshire Council and West Dunbartonshire Council on behalf of West Dunbartonshire Leisure Trust is seeking to secure the services of an external contractor, Primary debt management and Sheriff Officer Services- primary debt management and recovery activities and enforcement and diligence services in the pursuit of: Council Tax (including water and sewerage charges); Non Domestic Rates (NDR); Sundry Debt Invoices for West Dunbartonshire Council; Sundry Debt invoices for West Dunbartonshire Leisure Trust; Rent Arrears; Housing Benefit Overpayments. Sheriff Officers and Messengers-at-Arms must hold a commission to operate in the Dumbarton Court district of the Sheriffdom of North Strathclyde. This must be maintained for the duration of the Contract. Sheriff Officer Fees as per The Act of Sederunt, currently in force or any replacement.
