Cash Collection Services from English Heritage Properties 2019

Tender description

English Heritage is looking to procure a provider of secure cash in transit and associated services. The contract has been divided into 4 territory lots. Invoices will be sent to our national office in Swindon but payment information will also be provided to territory offices. The nature of our business requires a seasonal approach to service delivery and quality. A variable collection schedule will be required to reflect the number of visitors to the individual attractions and the amount of cash requiring collection. The Service provider will need to provide service excellence against agreed service schedules. The Service Provider will collect cash from multiple sites managed by English Heritage as detailed in Appendix One and securely process it into the English Heritage's Bank account (the bank is HSBC.)
