Burgess Hill Northern Arc - Eastern Bridge and Link Road

Tender description

The Northern Arc, Burgess Hill project comprises a mixed use development scheme (200 hectare greenfield site - to the North of Burgess Hill) to provide approximately 3,040 residential dwellings with supporting education, healthcare, community, employment and retail facilities.This Work Package is the first infrastructure Infrastructure Contract package to be let by Homes England and covers the detailed design and construction delivery of approximately 700m of single carriageway link road with a corridor width ranging from 13m to 19m and a single span road bridge over an existing water course. The new link road will tie into Isaacs Lane to the west via a junction and to a continuation of the link road approximately 50m east of the new bridge to the east (to be designed and constructed by others).
