Beach Huts at Lower Esplanade

Tender description

Short deadline - The Council requires tenderers to include within their price for 12nr beach huts delivered, constructed and sited (the aim is to construct and site a minimum of 6 Nr beach huts by Friday 10th May 2019, and a further 6 Nr beach huts by Friday 7th June 2019). The remaining huts will be instructed as one-off orders as and when prospective purchasers have committed to buy a beach hut. Tenderers are therefore required to also provide an alternative priced rate per 'beach hut' for individual beach huts, which may be constructed, delivered and sited on an ad-hoc basis. This procurement is being undertaken through the ProContract Portal and submissions through any other means will not be accepted.
