Tender description
Before adoption, the Local Plan for Wirral has to be submitted to the Secretary of State, who appoints a Planning Inspector to carry out an 'examination' of the Plan, which may include public hearings. The Council is required to provide a Programme Officer to support this process. They are appointed when the Local Plan is published for public comment until the end of the Local Plan Examination.
