Warwick District Council is looking to appoint a multidisciplinary design team to create a detailed design for a new country park (Tach Brook Country Park). We are looking to appoint a lead design consultant, who would be responsible for developing the current concept, considering and appraising options for inclusion in the Country Park, and managing the detailed assessments required to inform the masterplan design. This stage would also require a considerable amount of time to engage and consult with the key stakeholders, and the preparation and submission of a planning application resulting in planning consent. We are expecting the lead design consultant to take the project through 3 phases, RIBA stage 2, 3 and 4 from a development of the concept design through to the technical design stage. It is an essential requirement that: — services should be provided by landscape architects accredited by the Landscape Institute, — all mandatory and discretionary criteria specified within the Public Contract Regulations 2015 are successfully met. The services would include: — developing the current concept, considering and appraising options for inclusion in the Country Park, — managing the detailed assessments required to inform the masterplan design, — engage and consult with the key stakeholders, — preparation and submission of a planning application resulting in planning consent — RIBA stage 2, 3 and 4 from a development of the concept design through to the technical design stage it is also an essential criteria that the service is provided by landscape architects that are accredited with the Landscape Institute. This PIN will be advertised for 35 days, following which, all suppliers who have expressed of interest will be contacted to reaffirm their interest in bidding for the contract. A tender will be issued immediately following the closure of the PIN. The tender will be issued for 3 weeks for completion and return. As per the requirements of the restricted procedure, we intend to invite a minimum of 5 suppliers through to tender. However, if the number of expressions of interest is less than 5, Warwick District Council reserves the right to invite all suppliers that express interest and meet the minimum requirements advertised. This PIN will also act as a selection stage for the restricted process, therefore, by expressing interest suppliers must be able to fulfil all mandatory and discretionary criteria specified within the Public Contract regulations 2015, as well as the essential criteria listed within this PIN.
