STFC I-TAC MNT have a requirement for a loadlock sputter deposition system to replace the current system that is inoperable and can no longer be maintained. It will be installed into the R1 cleanroom facilities and used for semiconductor-type wafer processing. The main footprint of the system will be in the service corridor with a wall connection mounted loading door to the wafer load chamber. This is to be used for R&D purposes not production level capacity. Please ensure you review all attached information to ensure a full understanding of this requirement. All attachments can be found in the RFx attachments tab within the Emptoris System. This contract will be awarded based on the evaluation criteria set out in the RFP Document.
