We have identified just over £1M investment as a transformation fund for care homes to support the change in the market to meet changing demand. We therefore, invite submissions expressions of interest for funding from homes willing to work together in close partnership to meet the specialist needs of people with dementia together, making best use of skills, buildings and other resources.
