Supplier engagement event to be held on 22.1.2018 and 25.1.2018 at: Clayton Hotel, St Marys Street, Cardiff, CF10 1GD. NHS Wales is looking to procure a Once for Wales Concerns Management System. All health bodies in NHS Wales are required to comply with the national health service (concerns, complaints and redress arrangements) (Wales) Regulations 2011. The Once for Wales Concerns Management System should be a cloud-based risk and compliance management interface solution and it should help be a step-change in managing quality, health, safety, environment, risk and compliance across the whole of NHS Wales. The key features should include: — incident reporting, management and investigation, — complaints management and investigation, — putting things right and redress case management including payments records, — claims case management and investigation including payment. Records: — inquest case management and investigation, — learning from deaths including links to NHS England and NHS Wales Medical Examiner System, — intelligent monitoring and performance dashboards, — safety alerts compliance management, — risk management including strategic risk register, board assurance framework and operational risks and issues log, — service user feedback — collection and presentation, — NHS Wales Serious Incident Notification and Closure Portal, — NHS Wales Advocacy Services Case Management System, — claims and redress reimbursement portal, — professional regulatory referrals case management system, — safeguarding (adults and children) referrals log and management.
