Tender description
St Michael's House Housing Association (SMHHA) owns 65 community-based residential houses, and invites applications from suitably qualified firms to participate in the pre-qualification process for the provision of Property Stock Condition Surveys of these dwellings. The purpose of these surveys is to enable SMHHA make a reasoned and informed decision around annual repair and maintenance expenditure, and to estimate the annual sinking fund requirement for life cycle repairs.
