Tender description

Gloucestershire County Council require a Provider to deliver parking operational services in Gloucestershire. The contract will consist of: — parking enforcement (on and limited off street), — bus lane ANPR enforcement, — maintenance of signs, lines and machinesn — cash collection from machines, — ANPR enforcement, — investigation of blue badge fraud, — lift and move/tow service. The Council is looking to procure a solution that will enable innovation, both technical and operational. Parking is an area that is fast moving in regards new technology and the Council is keen to future proof this contract to accommodate future technical advances.
