Tender description

Vale of White Horse District Council and South Oxfordshire District Council (the councils) are inviting competitive proposals for the provision of an outreach service for rough sleepers across both councils within the district’s boundaries. The aims of the service are to verify rough sleepers and proactively engage with them to break the cycle of homelessness. For further information regarding the councils and the services they provide please see http://www.southoxon.gov.uk/ and http://www.whitehorsedc.gov.uk/ This service is to cover both South Oxfordshire District and the Vale of White Horse District, which although has a number of towns and villages has large rural areas.
