Tender description

An independent advisor advising and supporting the parishes to help them engage constructively in influencing the Otterpool Park project. Purpose: • To offer independent support to the five parishes directly affected by proposals for Otterpool Park (Lympne, Stanford, Sellindge, Saltwood and Postling) based on experiences at Chilmington Green. • To help parishes get the most benefit from the process and from the development itself, and consider how they will relate to the new community. • To feed back to FHDC key messages, where these have been agreed with the parishes.
