Great Yarmouth Borough Council invites tenders for a Commercial Partner to assist in it its bids for funding and with the prospect of running a business from the Great Yarmouth Winter Gardens. This is, therefore, being let as a concession, the scope of which and the manner in which Tenderers should respond are set out on the ProContract Portal.
