Midland heart are seeking a solution that will enable both PCI compliant payments, and increased digital access delivery for customers. Historically, customers have accessed electronic payment services by cheque, accessing pay points, phone calls to Midland heart or the payment provider and via the payment providers app and web browser. Due to the changing nature of enhanced technology, Midland Heart want to be able to offer customers’ increasingly simple and secure ways to make payment. The following 2 interventions were welcomed by Midland Heart and proved a timely intervention to support our modernisation journey in this area: (i) reflective practice with Midland Heart customers; (ii) regulatory requirements. Therefore MH are seeking a solution that will enable Midland heart take PCI compliant payments and deliver increased digital access to customers.
