WMCA are pleased to confirm a tender opportunity for consultants to bid for Process and Impact Evaluation for Connecting Communities. This opportunity is broken down into two lots as follows: Lot 1 – Process Evaluation Lot 2 – Impact Evaluation This Invitation to Tender (ITT) consists of one Mandatory Requirements Envelope and Lot Specific Technical and Commercial Envelopes. Please note you must complete and submit a response within the Mandatory/Minimum requirements Envelope and also within the lot Specific Technical and Commercial Response Envelopes. The lot specific Technical and Commercial Envelopes must be completed for each lot you wish to be considered for. The Mandatory/Minimum requirements should only be completed once, regardless of how many lots you wish to be considered for.
