Children's Residential Care Framework (re-open)

Tender description

This opportunity invites tenders from quality Providers of Residential Homes, evidenced by an Ofsted rating of 'Requires Improvement to be Good' or better, to provide placements for children and young people with severe disabilities and/or complex health needs and/or challenging behaviour. There will be for some children and young people a plan designed around moving the child or young person to foster care or a return home (Reunification). It is possible that children and young people will have experienced placement breakdowns and/or abuse and/or neglect and/or loss and may demonstrate offending and/or challenging behaviours and/or be emotionally vulnerable. This is a reopening of a Framework that commenced on 1st October 2018. Successful providers will join the Open Framework on 1 April 2019. Interested parties should register their interest in the project via the In-Tend website https://in-tendhost.co.uk/hampshire, and complete and submit the tender return document together with any supporting information requested by 2.00pm on Thursday 31st January 2019.
