Tender description

The Champs Public Health Collaborative, led by the Cheshire and Merseyside (C&M) Directors of Public Health (DsPH), is working with key partners to create a new innovative and large scale approach to Making Every Contact Count (MECC). MECC is about helping people to change their behaviour. Workforce colleagues from NHS, local authorities, voluntary and community sectors give people simple and consistent messages and direct them to services to help improve health and wellbeing.
