Tender description

The Guildhall School for Music and Drama (GSMD) are looking to purchase a number of large and small format projectors. The purpose of this purchase is to acquire the technical infrastructure necessary to deliver on a number of multimedia live events/installation projects. The Framework Agreement will be awarded for a core period of 2 (two) years, with the option to extend this up to 2 (two) further years in 1 year increments an annual basis subject to the right of the Authority (at its sole discretion). Please note that the requirements of the Framework Agreement will be subject to available financial resources, performance of the contractor and flexibility to meet changing demands. In addition, there will be no form of exclusivity or volume that is guaranteed under the resultant Framework Agreement and the City will be entitled to enter into other contracts and arrangements with other suppliers for the provision of any, or all, of the requirements which are the same as, or similar to those specified under the established Framework Agreement.
