Alternative Provision (Education) - Provider Briefing Event

All children of compulsory school age are entitled to be educated in good and outstanding schools and Bolton Local Authority (LA) is committed to ensuring that all pupils regardless of their needs and circumstances receive their entitlement of a high quality education. The LA is hosting a Provider Event, to share their commissioning intentions for Alternative Provision (Education) for pupils who are unable to access mainstream school places due to permanent exclusion, or who because of illness or other reasons are unable to receive suitable mainstream education. Providers who have the skills, knowledge and expertise to provide elements of this service in Bolton are invited a Provider Briefing Event on: Monday 14th January 2019 - 9am to 10am at BSTC (Bolton Science Technology Centre) Minerva Road, Farnworth, Bolton BL4 0HA. To reserve your place on the event, please email corporate.procurement@bolton.gov.uk by Friday 11 January 2019, 12pm. Please note a maximum of two places per provider will be allocated.
