Specification for replacement flow meter KCC have a flow meter to measure the discharge of trade effluent (landfill leachate and effluent from waste transfer station) from its site at North Farm Lane, Tunbridge Wells, TN2 3EE to the adjacent waste water treatment works. The current flow meter (Meatest M910E-V2001) is housed within an underground chamber with a remote mount readout in a nearby electrical kiosk. This flow meter and remote mount readout has become unreliable and needs replacing. The new flow meter and remote mount readout would ideally be installed in the same locations to minimise works required on site and enable easy access to the readout by KCC staff. It is expected that the existing underground ducting between the two locations and the electrical power supply would be re-used.
