Request for Quotation - Brief to Consultants HLF Heritage Enterprise- First Round Bid

Tender description

There is a prominent Grade II Listed building within the Church Street Conservation Area in Hartlepool that requires substantial refurbishment works and has therefore been identified as a key priority for the Council to address. The Council wishes to submit a bid to the HLF Heritage Enterprise Scheme to complete the necessary works to bring the building back into use and remove it from the Heritage at Risk Register. Hartlepool Borough Council therefore wishes to commission suitably qualified Consultants to develop and submit a first round bid to the HLF for this prominent building. The Council has undertaken a significant amount of survey work on the building to date including a building condition survey, repair schedules and initial prices for repair work. All survey work will be shared with the appointed consultancy team subject to a confidentiality clause.
