This is a prior information notice in relation to the provision of recruitment agency services in support of SEAI’s business requirements. SEAI intends to establish two multi-party framework agreements for the provision of recruitment agency services in Lot 1 for Organisation Support Services Roles; and in Lot 2 for Technically-Skilled Roles. Please do not respond to this notice. It is a PRIOR information notice only. Further information, when it becomes available, will be published on www.etenders.gov.ie. This is a prior information notice in relation to the provision of recruitment agency services in support of SEAI’s business requirements. SEAI intends to establish two multi-party framework agreements for the provision of recruitment agency services in Lot 1 for Organisation Support Services Roles; and in Lot 2 for Technically-Skilled Roles. A panel of 5 Recruitment Agencies will be appointed to each multi-party framework. Tenderers may apply to both lots, and may be appointed to both multi-party frameworks if they qualify in the top five most economically advantage tenders at evaluation stage. The estimated value of these multi-party framework agreements is 750 000 EUR over the maximum term of three years. SEAI is unable to provide an accurate estimated value for each lot within this procurement as the service is based on the % salary and number of roles, both of which are unknown variables at this time and which are difficult to predict accurately over the three-year lifetime of the framework agreements.
