Quantity Surveying Services - AWARD

Tender description

This procurement is for the provision of Quantity Surveying Services initially within the north Somerset area. During the course of any resulting arrangement, this area may be increased to cover additional surrounding areas. The tender is being undertaken by the Alliance Homes Group ('AHG'), a community based social housing provider operating in the West of England. The duration of the contract is for an initial period of 12 months with the potential to extend for 3 additional 12 month periods (up to a total of 3 years). AHG intends to award the contracts by 01st March 2018 to go live on 1st April 2018 for an initial period to 31st March 2019. Potential Providers that would like to take part in this tender process can express interest through this system and then will be given access to the tender documents, also through the system.
