Why the Work is Being Done This is a one year contract with deliverables every quarter. It is to supply suitable programme management SQEP for the delivery of the LE TacCIS programme which is focused on the delivery of military tactical ICT. This contract is in response to an identified SQEP shortfall of programme management functions identified in an external gateway 0 Review. A Copy of the Statement of Requirement (SOR) can be obtained from toni.prince177@mod.gov.uk Problem to Be Solved To demonstrate mature, effective programme management functions and products to the Programme Director and external review teams. Who Are the Users As the Programme Director, I need to demonstrate LETACCIS has developed and matured programme management function and products so that timely decisions are being made based on accurate business information and demonstrate programme process maturity to external review teams. Early Market Engagement None. Work Already Done Approximately 18 months of support has already been conducted which has focused on programme governance, development of a programme management plan and project work on future agile organisational constructs. Existing Team Supplier will be working with MOD military, civil servant, numerous other consultants and industry – primarily General Dynamics. Current Phase Discovery Work Location Andover, Bristol, suppliers own facilities, assorted industry and MOD facilities for meetings. Working Arrangments Approximately 1/3 of time at Andover and 1/3 Bristol for face to face meetings and team reviews. 1/3 remote working/suppliers own facilities for deliverable development but this will vary considerably depending on phase of deliverables and by individual deliverable. Whilst remote working/ at suppliers own facilities must be contactable by phone and email. Security Clearance Suppliers are expected to hold SC clearance but must have Baseline Personal Standard Security (BPSS) as a minimum. Security Clearance will be required for the duration of the Contract. incumbents are to follow both the letter and spirit of Army Headquarters security regulations. Recent demonstrable experience on developing and maturity development of Governance, Reporting, Decision Support and Situational Awareness. Recent demonstrable experience on developing and maturity development of Benefits Management Support Information and documentation. Recent demonstrable experience on developing and maturity development of Scope Management information, ways of working, processes and analysis. Recent demonstrable experience on developing and maturity development of Support Dependency and Assumption Management. Recent demonstrable experience on developing and maturity development of Planning & Scheduling Management Support. Recent demonstrable experience of support to Cost & Resource Management. Recent demonstrable experience on developing and maturity development of Change Management and Control (including support to ongoing change management activity). Recent demonstrable experience on developing and maturity development of Risk, Issue and Opportunity Management. Recent demonstrable experience on developing and delivery of planning and delivering stakeholder engagement activities. Recent demonstrable experience on developing and maturity development of Capability Integration Planning, inc Training, Trials & Testing (T&T), Security, Through Life Support (TLS) and CIS Scaling Recent demonstrable experience on developing constructs of organisation agility transformation enabling agile ICT delivery. Recent demonstrable experience on knowledge transfer to MOD staff Recent demonstrable experience and knowledge on developing constructs of a Govt organisation agility transformation enabling agile ICT delivery.
