Tender description
THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) AND NOT A TENDER PROCESS. The council is seeking to procure a Master Data Management (MDM) solution which will enable the council to initially master customer data to realise a ‘golden record’ or ‘360 view’ of the customer and gain insights from correlating currently siloed, council-wide data. Information gathered in this RFI will inform a procurement activity and the resultant contract is proposed to cover the procurement of an MDM solution, the required software licensing, maintenance, support, training and consultancy to assist the council with the initial implementation as well as when new data stores are identified for adding to the platform Keywords: master data management, software, system
