Tender description

Devised by Skills for Care (SfC) and informed by a co-design process in March 2016 involving those in PSW roles, a Professional Leadership Development Programme (PLDP) was piloted in the spring 2016, with an initial cohort of 20 delivered during 2016/17. The programme usues dofferent methods through an individual leadership impact project to focus on addressing live issues and leadership challengs of PSWs, supported by peer coaching and an action learning approach. This contract award was not published at the time of award. It has been published for transparency purposes to provide a record of existing departmental contracts.
