Tender description

The project is to test a large scale Individual Placement and Support employment intervention for unemployed users of Drug and Alcohol Services across up to 9 boroughs in West and North West London. The Service will be funded via a Social Impact Bond. This project is part of a West London Alliance wide initiatives aimed at moving people who are unemployed and in Drug and Alcohol Treatment into sustainable employment. Through By integrating local employment support and Drug and Alcohol recovery services and providing tailored support to individuals, the project will transform services across geographical and public sector boundaries to secure long term system change. Subject to successful securing of funds, the programme will be approximately 2 000 000 GBP. For the purposes of the outline solutions, bidders must base their bids on an overall envelope, covering, of 2 100 000.
