Herefordshire Council (HC) is at an early stage in development of its proposals for a re-procurement of the Integrated Community Equipment service (ICEs) covering the county. This soft market test (SMT) seeks input from the market on the following: - what constitutes a good quality, value for money, Integrated Community Equipment service - how potential providers can demonstrate an ability to innovate and add value - how potential providers can demonstrate experience of being involved in delivering similar services This exercise will also provide an opportunity for HC and its partners to obtain an insight into how potential providers might approach the delivery of this service. It will also give a useful early insight into the likely level of interest from the market.
