Tunbridge Wells Borough Council (referred to as TWBC or The Council) is inviting tenders from suitably experienced contractors (the Contractor) to provide the service as outlined in the specification. In summary the service will cover: — hire of temporary ice rink, — installation and removal of temporary ice rink, — internal and external sound, — surrounding festive lighting. Provisional Key Dates: — OJEU Notice: Monday 26.2.2018. — issue ITT: Wednesday 28.2.2018. — site Visit Date: 14 and 23.3.2018 (Please indicate your preference as soon as possible). — deadline for Expression of Interest: Friday 6.4.2018. — deadline ITT returns: Friday 13.4.2018. — ITT review and selection of preferred contractor: Friday 20.4.2018. — Commence Contract: Monday 22.10.2018.
