Tender description

This procurement uses the Light Touch Regime (PCR 74-77). Kent County Council (“KCC”) is commissioning a clinical intervention in partnership with existing social care provision to people with ASC and complex needs who have been admitted to specialist ASC hospitals, are at risk of admission or have complex needs and required MDT support within the community. The Service, part of the Kent and Medway Transforming Care programme, is aimed at residents of the county of Kent. It will be an interim arrangement, pending a comprehensive review for ASC during 2018/19. This Service is intended to be operational by April 2018 and will cease by March 2019. KCC welcomes applications from organisations that are able to provide this Service in Kent with minimal mobilisation, have significant experience and a proven track record of working with / evidenced specialist provision for behaviour that challenges with complex needs and are able to mobilise within the timeframes stated.
