North of England commissioning support are working for and on behalf of NHS England North (Cumbria and North East) and NHS Newcastle gateshead clinical commissioning group who wish to commission 2 Alternative provider medical service contracts; one for Grainger GP Practice with a contract of 10 years with an option to extend for a further 5 years and one for Ponteland road GP Practice with a contract term of 5 years. North of England commissioning support are working for and on behalf of NHS England North (Cumbria and North East) and NHS Newcastle gateshead clinical commissioning group who wish to commission an Alternative provider medical Services to replace the existing service. The contract term for Grainger GP Practice will be 10 years with effect from 1st April 2018 to 31st March 2028 with the option to extend for a further 5 years subject to satisfactory contractual performance. North of England commissioning support are working for and on behalf of NHS England North (Cumbria and North East) and NHS Newcastle gateshead clinical commissioning group who wish to commission an Alternative provider medical services for the patients currently registered at the practice. The contract term for Ponteland road GP Practice is to be 5 years with effect from 1.4.2018 to 31.3.2023 with no option to extend.
