Framework Agreement for a Lift Replacement Works Programme

Tender description

Oxford City Council ("the Council") is seeking to engage with suitable experienced and qualified contractor(s) to establish a 4 year Framework Agreement for a Lift Replacement Programme. The lifts include various passenger lifts, disabled access lifts, a stair lift and a dumb waiter (items). There is a possibility of 14 items at 12 properties for Housing, and 15 items at 9 properties for Corporate that may require replacing over a 10 year period. At present the Council has agreed provisional funds for the first 3 projects/replacements, but the Council cannot guarantee any further work until funds have been identified and agreed per year.
