Fire Control Relocation Works

Tender description

The scope of this procurement is for the relocation works including building, mechanical and electrical works to the fire control section at the Headquarters building located at 99 Vauxhall Road, Birmingham. Full details and drawings are contained in the specification Appendices 2, 5 and 7. It is anticipated the works will start in June 2018 and is expected to take 3 months. Tenderers are required to pass the PAS 91: 2013 + A1: 2017 sections which are contained in the PAS 91: 2013 + A1: 2017 attached document (Appendix 1) please refer to this document when answering the questions. Bidders should also provide the following to be considered for the contract: - Achieve a moderate risk rating from Creditsafe and have a minimum turnover of £1,400,00 - Have employer's liability insurance of £10 million - Have public liability insurance of £5 million Bidders must be experienced in this field and be able to demonstrate its professional competence in providing the works The deadline for receipt of tenders is 09/04/2018 at 16:00 hours.
