The London Borough of Lewisham want to engage the market to help scope a potential procurement opportunity for an external quality control service for point of care testing machines used during an NHS Health Check. This exercise will provide an opportunity for the Council to obtain insight into how potential providers might approach the delivery of this service and an insight into the likely level of interest from the market.
